Tank Liners

🚰 When a major hospital’s drinking water supply is at risk, every minute counts.

In Newcastle, one hospital’s underground potable water tank had started to fail — buried deep in a basement where traditional tank replacement simply wasn’t possible.

Instead of breaking down walls or using cranes, our ATM Tanks crew used modular GRP panel technology — carrying in one‑metre panels that fit through standard doorways.

We built a brand‑new tank on‑site, lined it to AS4020 potable water standards, and ensured uninterrupted clean water for staff and patients.

✅ No demolition.
✅ No service interruption.
✅ Forty‑year design life.

💧 When it’s critical infrastructure, there’s no room for compromise.

🤖 But what do ROVs actually do — and how can ATM Tanks help you?

Our Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) systems are designed to inspect, clean, and maintain tanks underwater — all without draining a single litre.

That means:
🔹 No expensive commercial divers
🔹 No downtime or partial shutdowns
🔹 Zero safety risks
🔹 Zero contamination

Our specialised ROVs can spend hours underwater, capturing HD footage of tank walls, floors, and fittings — even carrying out minor cleaning and repair tasks in areas impossible for humans to reach.

Because the ROVs are fully sanitised and bacteria‑free, they help maintain your tank’s internal ecosystem and ensure compliance with water quality and safety standards.

From power stations to municipal water storage, our underwater ROV inspection services keep Australia’s most critical tanks running without interruption.
